How to Sculpt Perfect Cheerleader Abs

Have you been slaving away in the gym doing countless crunches day in and day out but still have not yet achieved those cheerleader abs you have been looking for?

You would think the more crunches you do the better the results, right? Wrong!

As a cheer fitness trainer and founder of cheerFIT, I hear cheerleaders complain about this same frustration over and over again. Now, I hate to see you waste your time, so I have put together my favorite fitness tips and ab workouts to help you sculpt perfect cheer abs without a single crunch!

To get started, let’s trade in your current ab routine for core exercises that really work to strengthen, sculpt and chisel that middle!

Fitness Tip #1: Planks should be your new best friend

Planks are hands down one of the best exercises ever! By incorporating a plank into your daily routine, you will:

  • – Sculpt your core
  • – Improve flexibility
  • – Reduce back pain
  • – Improve balance and posture
  • – Increase energy

Now, I know what you are thinking, “…but planks are SO boring!”

Fitness Tip #2: Less is more

That’s right, this insider secret will save you so much time! No more wasting you’re your precious time doing crunch after crunch after crunch!

To sculpt those perfect cheer abs, do each exercise for ONLY 10 reps! I want you to go super s-l-o-w  through each exercise. I promise, less is more and by going slowly you will feel those muscles working and get in an insanely better workout!
