Stay In Shape When You’re On The Go

Have you ever heard the quote, “consistence is the key to success”? This quote holds true for everything you do. From practice, school and even fitness – the way to get ahead is to be consistent.

Now, with competition season around the corner the holiday season is not the time to slack off.

You want to make sure that you are in cheer shape and able to perform at your highest potential when out there on the competition mat.  But don’t sweat it. Here is where I come in to help!

There are so many ways to fit in a workout – I want you to take that no excuses approach. Whether you are traveling, on the go or in a hotel room, there is always a way to get that workout in.

No equipment? No problem!

You don’t need weights to get in a great workout. Luckily, body weight exercise are a great way to sculpt, strengthen and stay in cheer shape even when on the go or in a hotel room.  For a challenging workout at any level – incorporate a mix of cardio intervals and body weight strengthening exercises.
