How To Lead The Crowd This Football Season
Happy August and welcome to football season. We love this time of year! August is a fresh start to the new season, new sidelines and many new memories to come. To best prepare for football season, my number one piece of advice is to shine with confidence! If you are leading and motivating the crowd, you have to be personally motivated. I am here today to share our favorite leadership tips to build strength and confidence in both body and mind.
Tip #1- Make working out a team activity
A team that sweats together, wins together…and what is better than sweating it out with your teammates, creating memories and building strength – all at the same time? Fitness is powerful, it helps you get physically stronger (which gives you a confidence boost), but also improves energy, self esteem and overall mindset.
Fitness helps you and your team to build the leadership skills you need to motivate the crowd this football season.

Tip #2- Surround yourself with positive people
“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with,” says American entrepreneur and motivational speaker Jim Rohn. With this in mind, you want to make sure to surround yourself with the people that will inspire you to be a better person and motivate you to lead with confidence (both on and off the field).
And remember, be sure to always bring your smile (your best accessory) each and every game!
