A planner is a great way to keep you organized during the school year. This will help you know exactly when you have practice, tests, and other important events coming up. Plus, it is so easy to find cute planners!

3. Practice DURING the summer

Getting back into the swing of things for cheer can be a little hard after a summer of relaxing at home. Try to practice your tumbling and cheers during the summer. It doesn’t have to be a lot, but just practicing a couple nights a week for 30 minutes will really help keep it on your mind.

4. Eat a Balanced Diet

As easy as it is to stock up on junk food throughout the summer, try to eat a little healthy food every now and then! This will help you stay strong and healthy for cheer. A huge part of cheering is having a lot of energy, so try to avoid foods with tons of sugar that’ll just make you crash! Fruits, veggies, and tons of water is the way to go!
