Leaders are responsible for all the awesome things that we have and use almost everyday. Without leaders our world would not be what our world is today.

When accessing the definition of leadership skills, it reads “leadership skills are an essential component in positioning executives to make thoughtful decisions about their organization’s mission and goals, and properly allocate resources to achieve those directives. Valuable leadership skills include the ability to delegate, inspire and communicate effectively.” For example, a president is a leader who will make decisions that they believe will help the country they have been chosen to lead.
